Assignment: Facilitation and documentation support to the Social Protection Cash and Voucher Assistance Thematic Working Group in the State of PalestineContract Type: Request for QuotationDuration of Contract: Between 15 August 2025 to 30 November 2025.Submission procedure: Interested and eligible international firms are invited to submit the following documents no later than 30 July 2025 at 21:00 CET. All required documents should be sent to the ILO Social Protection team in the Occupied Palestinian Territory: baraskiva@ilo.org.• Detailed technical proposal, • A financial proposal (based on daily rate), and inclusive of all associated administrative team costs, including travel, accommodation (if applicable), and communication. • List of similar past work, preferably with UN or other international organisations, in the past three years, with attachment of (a) one example of a developed project implementation plan, and (b) three relevant recommendation letters. • CV of the lead facilitator and a second moderator/facilitator of the firm's team. Incomplete submissions and applications received after the deadline will not be considered in the evaluation process. Applicants are encouraged to ensure that all required documentation is submitted on time and in full.
